For a healthier option I'd prefer to substitute another type oil sch as olive oil or avocado oil instead of canola. Will that work just the same?

Hi there! Yes, you can substitute the oil in this recipe. Remember that if you change the ingredients, you will change the Nutritional Information provided. Enjoy!

I've never made salad dressing, but I think I have to now! I'm not a huge fan of "traditional" salad dressings, and specialty dressings can be so pricey. Looking forward to this!

How long does the dressing stay good??? Should it be stored in the refrigerator??? Thank you in advance...

Hello! The dressing will stay good for about 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator. If you are planning on using it the next day, it does not have to be refrigerated.
