Buttermilk Poppy Seed Dressing

What You'll Need

  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

What to Do

  1. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast poppy seeds. Cook until seeds become fragrant, shaking frequently. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, sour cream, Splenda, and lemon juice. Add toasted poppy seeds, stirring gently to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
