Shrimp dips are always welcome party pleasers, and our lighter version will allow anyone following a healthy diet to indulge. So go ahead and mix together our Chunky Seafood Dip and enjoy the tasty rewards.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 (6-ounce) can shrimp, drained, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

What to Do

  1. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl.

  2. Stir in shrimp, seasoning, lemon juice and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
