Fresh Spinach Dip

Fresh Spinach Dip is a great-tasting snack that's a cinch to whip up when company drops by. Serve it with fresh vegetables for delicious, nutritious dipping everybody can enjoy.

What You'll Need

  • 4 cups packed fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled reduced-fat real feta cheese
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients until mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
