  • 1 (10-ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/4 pound cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

What to Do

  1. In a large saucepan, combine soup, 1/2 soup can of water, and curry.

  2. Stir in cubed chicken; cook until mixture is heated through.

  3. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
