No bones about it, these are the perfect flavor-packed munchie for when you and the gang kick up your feet and get into the big game. (Give your hands a good wipe before grabbing that remote!)

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 cups French-fried onions, coarsely crushed
  • 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 24 strips
  • Cooking spray

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Coat two baking sheets with cooking spray.

  2. Place hot sauce and French-fried onions each in their own shallow dishes. Dip chicken strips in hot sauce then into the onion rings, coating evenly with each.

  3. Place coated strips on prepared baking sheets and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until no pink remains in chicken. Serve immediately.

Yum. That sounds very good. I will have to look for the cayenne pepper sauce, I have not seen that before. You could also buy a bag of uncooked, unbreaded chicken tenders and if they are too big you could cut them in half lengthwise. I will give it a try.

Maybe my hot sauce wasn't hot enough, but wasn't very spicy. Still very good though
