They'll surely kiss the cook, when you serve up our juicy, flavorful Rosemary-Kissed Chicken Breasts! This lovely combo of tastes seems so elegant, but nothing could be easier.

What You'll Need

4 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves, rinsed and patted dry
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 cup cooking sherry or dry sherry
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

What to Do

Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, brown chicken on both sides.
Add rosemary, sherry and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
