Just because we're watching what we eat doesn't mean we can't have a fancy looking and tasting dessert. Our colorful Berry Nut Parfaits will do you proud anytime you serve them!

What You'll Need

2 cups fat-free milk
1 package (4-serving-size) instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
4 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup

What to Do

In a blender or food processor, process milk and pudding mix until mixture thickens. Pour into medium bowl and refrigerate until set.
Layer 1/4 cup pudding and 1/4 cup strawberries in 4 parfait or stemmed glasses. Repeat layers. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving.
