Lime-Kissed Melon Cups

What You'll Need

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cups (1-inch) melon cubes (see Note)
  • 1 tablespoon lime peel

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice with honey.

  2. Divide melon among 4 dessert bowls. Drizzle with lime honey mixture and garnish with lime peel.

  3. NOTE: Watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, or a mixture all work well.
