Morning Melon Bowl

Get that all-important serving of healthy fruit into your daily routine, by starting off with this refreshing Morning Melon Bowl. This trio of melon and berries is as tasty for breakfast as it is for a snack or dessert anytime!

What You'll Need

  • 2 small small cantaloupe, halved, seeds removed
  • 1 cup honeydew melon balls
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

What to Do

  1. With melon baller, scoop balls from inside cantaloupes.

  2. Arrange cantaloupe balls and honeydew balls in 4 cantaloupe halves, distributing evenly. Evenly sprinkle with blueberries and serve immediately.
