Sweet As Can Be Peaches

These warm and tasty Sweet As Can Be Peaches cook up in the microwave in no time. Enjoy them without guilt whenever you get a craving for something fruity and sweet.

What You'll Need

  • 1 large fresh peach, peeled, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat buttery spread
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons granulated Splenda

What to Do

  1. Slice peach and arrange in microwave-safe pie pan. Add apple juice and microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Combine spread and cinnamon in microwave-safe bowl and melt in microwave for 15 to 30 seconds. Stir in sugar substitute. Spoon over peach slices.

  3. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stir and serve warm.
