Mango Lover's Tapioca

No matter the season, this tropical-tasting 2-ingredient Mango Lover's Tapioca dessert is always a treat. Whenever fresh mangos aren't available, you can turn to this light and healthy option and indulge in tasty heaven.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/4 cup cubed mango refrigerated in extra light syrup, drained
  • 1 2/3 cup refrigerated no sugar added tapioca pudding

What to Do

  1. Spoon 1/4 cup mango cubes into each of 5 dessert dishes. Top with 1/3 cup tapioca.

Notes

TIP: Add 1 tablespoon crushed, drained pineapple and top with 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut on each serving for a special tropical treat.
