This mini version of the very restaurant-trendy chopped salad goes together in no time. Four simple ingredients make this delicious and good-for-you Chopped Apple Salad a super go-along to any of your favorites.

What You'll Need

  • 6 cups torn green lettuce
  • 2 cups cored, coarsely chopped red apple, with skin on
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons vinaigrette dressing

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, apple, and celery.

  2. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss lightly.
