I have been making this salad at least 1 to 2 times monthly since I first saw it on June 4, 2015. I make it as the recipe is written, with exception of the English cucumber, and for my taste absolutely love it. It is so healthy and fits nicely into my Weight Watchers program.

I will use flat leaf or curly parsley for the cilantro, great northern beans for the chick peas and a little less garlic then this will be soooo good.

You will, or you did? How do you know it will be "soooo good?" Don't make proclamations you don't eventually back up.
