Citrusy Onion & Sprouts Salad

  • 1 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing

What to Do

  1. Layer even amounts of sprouts, orange slices and red onion rings on 4 salad plates. Drizzle each salad with dressing.
