What You'll Need
- 1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, 2 tablespoons marinade reserved, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup slivered white or yellow onion
- 1 head torn romaine lettuce
What to Do
- In a salad bowl, combine artichokes, bell pepper, onion, and reserved marinade. Toss with lettuce and serve or chill until ready to serve.
