A homemade, tangy vinaigrette complements this Ham and Apple Salad perfectly. We just love how the fresh apple slices add a little sweetness to our sensational salad mixture.

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1/2 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices deli-style low sodium ham, cut into strips

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  2. Evenly divide mixed greens onto 2 plates. Top evenly with onion, apple, and ham. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
