Quick Garden Antipasto

We all know how important it is to eat our vegetables, and even if you have finicky eaters we bet they'll love this Quick Garden Antipasto. The marriage of the Italian dressing with all the healthy veggies is one made in tasty heaven.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (16-ounce) carton fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (6-ounce) can large pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, quartered
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar hearts of palm, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can baby corn on cob, drained
  • 1/2 cup Classic Italian Dressing

What to Do

  1. Clean mushrooms and halve large mushrooms.

  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
