What You'll Need

  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins

What to Do

  1. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onions until tender.
  2. Add curry powder and cook about 30 seconds. Stir in brown rice and raisins, cooking until heated through.
