A little almond extract and some sliced almonds give this chocolate pudding recipe an almond-kissed flavor. Make this Chocolate Almond Pudding when you're craving something creamy and sweet!

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup SPLENDA sugar blend
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups reduced fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon sliced almonds

What to Do

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine SPLENDA sugar blend, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually stir in the milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.

  3. Spoon into 6 individual serving dishes or 1 large bowl, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Dollop with whipped topping and sprinkle with almonds.
