Our diabetes-friendly Creamy Dreamy Java Dessert tastes a bit like a chilled cappuccino, but this thick and rich treat can't be sipped, so get your spoon ready!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (1-ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed decaffeinated coffee, chilled
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, coffee, and milk; mix well.

  2. Spoon one-quarter pudding mixture and one-quarter whipped topping into each of 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
