Toasted Sesame Dressing

Although this Asian-style easy diabetes-friendly salad dressing fits any of your favorite meals, we think it's perfect to drizzle over a salad before you enjoy your favorite stir-fry!

What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.

Quick and easy dressing. I did change up a bit, substituted 1 Tbs. sesame oil for 1 Tbs. Canola Oil. Will use this again and again. Might use for a marinade for chicken or shrimp.
