Fill up with our delicious Shrimp 'n' Pasta Toss! This 10-minute pasta toss features a flavorful mix of shrimp, veggies, and the perfect Asian-style dressing. It's great for lunch, dinner, or anytime you're craving a healthier pasta dish.

What You'll Need:
  • 8 ounces low-carb angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 pound cooked small shrimp
  • 2 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sesame ginger dressing
  • 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds (optional) (see Note)
What To Do:
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add shrimp, coleslaw mix, scallions, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing and toss until evenly coated. When ready to serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
Notes

Sprinkle with sesame seeds for that extra crunch and taste.
