In-a-Wink Chicken Soup

In a hurry for some chicken soup? Our fat-free and delicious In-a-Wink Chicken Soup is chock full of lots of healthy veggies, sure to earn you lots of tasty thanks when you ladle it up.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup frozen chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and parsley blend
  • 5 1/4 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, green beans)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

What to Do

  1. Coat a soup pot with cooking spray. Add onion mixture and cook over medium heat until tender. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir mixed vegetables into broth and return to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to slow boil and continue cooking about 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in chicken and cook just until heated through.
