We've taken frozen French-style cut green beans and put an Asian spin on them. These healthy Far East Green Beans are simply delicious.
What You'll Need
1 package (16-ounce) frozen French-style cut green beans
1/2
cup sliced water chestnuts, rinsed, drained
1/4
cup chopped scallion
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
What to Do
Cook green beans according to package directions; drain.
Transfer green beans to a medium skillet or saucepan. Add water chestnuts, scallions, and soy sauce; mix well. Over medium heat, cook mixture until hot, stirring occasionally.
