What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 onion, cut in half, then sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 head green cabbage, coarsely shredded (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon water
What to Do
- In a wok or large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion, carrots, garlic, and cabbage 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add soy sauce, ginger, and 1 tablespoon water. Cook 5 minutes, or until heated through.
