Spicy mustard and crunchy onion rings come together to create a flavor explosion. You'll never want to eat steak out again after you've made our Mustard Steak with Onion Confetti.
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 4 thinly sliced beef top round steaks (1 pound total)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped French Fried Onion Rings
What to Do

Place the broiler rack 8 to 10 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler.

Place the crushed French Fried Onion Rings in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine the oil and the mustard. Dip the steaks into the oil mixture, lightly coating them.
- Place the steaks on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Sprinkle with onion rings.
