What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (8-inch) reduced-carbohydrate flour tortilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons chopped scallion
  • Cooking spray

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Spread cream cheese on tortilla, sprinkle with chili powder, and spoon chicken and scallion on top. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Spray rolled tortilla with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
