"Pappy" is what we call the dear man who told us how much he loved eating chicken legs with lots of flavorful seasonings on top. He's also the one who inspired this delicious and easy chicken recipe we like to call "Pappy's Chicken Legs." 

What You'll Need:
  • 6 chicken drumsticks, skin removed, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon melted margarine
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and pepper; sprinkle evenly over chicken. Place chicken on baking sheet and brush with margarine.
  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until no pink remains and juices run clear.
