Tangy Apple Coleslaw

What You'll Need

  • 1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 2 apples with peel, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and apple. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice; spoon over slaw. Toss lightly.
