What You'll Need
1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
2 apples with peel, cored and coarsely chopped
3/4
cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3 teaspoons lemon juice
What to Do
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and apple. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice; spoon over slaw. Toss lightly.
