A dessert that fits a diabetes diet doesn't have to be boring! Our chunky Heavenly Peach Surprise will delight your taste buds, and have you almost wondering if this is truly okay? Well, yes, it is diabetes-friendly!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups peach chunks, fresh or unsweetened frozen, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons granulated Splenda
  • 2 (6-ounce) containers reduced-fat peach yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle peaches with Splenda. In a small bowl, fold yogurt and whipped topping together.

  2. Layer 1/4 cup yogurt mixture and 2 tablespoons peaches in 5 dessert bowls. Repeat layers.
