Fruit and berries always satisfy our sweet tooth, and they are a healthy option. That's why our Melon-Berry Treat topped with a dollop of tangy and delicious lime yogurt is one you'll surely want to keep in mind.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups (1 inch) cantaloupe cubes or balls
  • 1 cup crushed fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1 cup lime-flavored reduced-fat yogurt

What to Do

  1. Evenly divide cantaloupe cubes into 4 dessert bowls. Sweeten strawberries with sugar substitute.

  2. Spoon one-fourth yogurt over cantaloupe in each serving. Top each with one-fourth strawberries.
