The creamy cloud of lighter whipped topping and cream cheese makes our Mixed Fruit Delight a delight for you too. We've lightened up all the ingredients so this fits a diabetes diet to a tasty "t".
What You'll Need
- 1 can (15-ounce) chunky mixed fruit with juice
- 1 package (8-ounce) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 container (12-ounce) reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup granulated Splenda
What to Do
- Drain fruit and set aside juice.
- Beat cream cheese and 3 tablespoons juice in bowl. Fold in whipped topping, sugar substitute and fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve
