You'll go bananas over our Banana Joy! It's a simple, healthy dessert that's packed with lots of flavor and that all-important potassium that bananas boast as well.
What You'll Need
- 1 (6-ounce) container reduced-fat banana-flavored yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- Ground nutmeg for sprinkling
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and banana. Fold in whipped topping.
- Divide evenly between 4 dessert dishes; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

You could use sugar free yogurt and whipped topping to make the carbs lower. You could also use plain yogurt and ripe bananas with no sugar. Ripe bananas are sweet in their own right. If you want it sweeter drizzle a small bit of honey or sprinkle with a bit of sweetener at serving.

I recently found that Aldi's sells a sugar-free fruit flavored yogurt. I've tried the peach, black cherry, strawberry blueberry. All of them are really good and about 17 carbs each. They are called, "Fit Active". Also very reasonably priced.
