  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 8 slices red onion, thin
  • 6 cups torn leaf lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing

What to Do

  1. Cut orange slices into quarters.

  2. In a large bowl, combine orange pieces with red onion and lettuce. Drizzle with dressing and toss lightly.
