What You'll Need:
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
teaspoon black pepper
4 pork chops (6 ounces each), well trimmed
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat an 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, combine the lime juice, oil, scallions, garlic, thyme, and pepper. Dip each pork chop into the lime juice mixture, coating completely/ Marinate for 30 minutes.
Place in the baking dish; bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
