French fries -- one of those savory foods we can't get enough of! Well, when you "indulge" in our Italian Baked French Fries, you won't feel guilty about eating them!

What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oil, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add potatoes and mix until evenly coated. Arrange on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, turning once during baking.

I find making recipes that require coating a lot easier and not as messy if you put your breading in a resealable bag and then add whatever your coating into the bag and shake it. Don't push the air out of the bag so the items can move around a lot better and get coated more evenly.

This is one of my favortie stuff to make
