Here's a healthy snack idea that you can make at the beginning of the week for snacking on all week long. Our Easy Banana Bites are made with just 3 simple ingredients and are especially good when you're craving just a couple of bites of something sweet.

What You'll Need:
  • 3 ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
What To Do:
  1. Coat 2 mini muffin tins with cooking spray or line with paper liners. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Place banana slices on baking sheet, cover, and freeze 1 hour, or until frozen.
  3. Place banana slices in food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and the vanilla. Evenly spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of each banana bite.
  4. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours, or until frozen.

i do the frozen banana slices dipped in homemade magic shell, also the "nice cream". But because the nice cream is so hard to scoop, this gave me the perfect idea. Now I don't have to scoop. I also added some pb2. YUM!

I've made similar banana treats before and they turned out so good. I can't wait to try these as well!
