Get ready to go bananas for a snack that'll satisfy your sweet tooth and fit into your diabetes diet! Made with real banana and rich bits of chocolate chips, these frozen delights are a perfect snack to cool you off during those warm summer months, but they'll satisfy your sweet tooth anytime!
What You'll Need
- 3 ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
What to Do
- Coat 2 mini muffin tins with cooking spray or line with paper liners. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Place banana slices on baking sheet, cover, and freeze 1 hour, or until frozen.
- Place banana slices in food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and the vanilla. Evenly spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of each banana bite.
- Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.

i do the frozen banana slices dipped in homemade magic shell, also the "nice cream". But because the nice cream is so hard to scoop, this gave me the perfect idea. Now I don't have to scoop. I also added some pb2. YUM!
