Easy Roasted Peppers

With our Easy Roasted Peppers, there's no reason to rely on the pre-packed jarred variety. Use these in everything from dips and dressings to salads and sandwiches. And rest easy...since you made it, you know exactly what's in it!

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 red bell peppers, seeded, deveined, and cut into strips

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add pepper strips and toss to coat.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until peppers are fork-tender.
