One of the best ways to bring out the flavor and nutrition in a veggie is to roast it, which is why we love this recipe for Roasted Country Cabbage so much! It's a simple recipe that delivers outstanding results!

What You'll Need

  • 1 head green cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place cabbage wedges on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Roast for 50 to 60 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and edges are crispy. Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
