  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, cooked according to package directions

What to Do

  1. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onion and garlic until tender, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in beans and cook until heated through.
