Hummus Deviled Eggs

We stuffed hard-boiled eggs with a flavorful hummus mixture to come up with this protein-packed recipe for Hummus Deviled Eggs. Serve these deviled eggs when you're craving a filling snack or just need a change of pace from ordinary deviled eggs.

What You'll Need

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1/8 tablespoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the egg yolks. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Fill egg white halves with hummus mixture and place on platter. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
