Smoked Salmon Pizza

6 Min

Smoked Salmon Pizza is a healthy twist on an ordinary Italian favorite that's sure to impress. No need to tell anyone how easy it is to make this scrumptious appetizer; your secret is safe with us!

What You'll Need

  • 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 (3-ounce) package smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and dill; mix well and spread evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with the salmon and onion.

  3. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until heated through and the tortilla edges are golden. Cut each into 8 wedges and serve warm.

Note: Choosing reduced-fat cream cheese allows us to indulge ourselves with this decadent appetizer… without any guilt, since it has a quarter of the calories of regular cream cheese.
