What You'll Need:
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 (6-ounce) containers reduced-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
What To Do:
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
