  • 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground apple pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a 9-inch square baking dish, combine pears, apples, cranberries, and juice concentrate.

  3. In a small bowl, combine apple pie spice and Splenda; toss with fruit mixture.
