What You'll Need
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked potatoes
- 1 (8-1/4-ounce) can diced beets, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup fat-free Ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, beets, and peas.
- In a small bowl, combine Ranch dressing, mayonnaise, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables; mix until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes, or until ready to serve. Stir before serving.
