OMG! This is wonderful. The fresh lime juice and zest make it so flavorful. I had difficulty finding fat free cream cheese but finally did locate it at Kroger under their brand. It fits perfectly in my Weight Watchers plan at 2 Smart Points per serving. Definitely a keeper!

I'm from the UK. What is frozen whipped topping? Is there something I can substitute it with?

Hello Laura! In the US, frozen whipped topping is an alternative to whipped cream and is sold in the freezer aisles. We did a little Internet searching, and found that perhaps this is equivalent to "UHT long life whipping cream" in the UK. You may also want to try making your own whipped cream. Hope this helps! :)

can you freeze some of this after making it? My husband is not into the diabetic recipes and i can not eat this all by myself and there is not room in the fridge for a pie therefore can I freeze some of the pieces?

Sure! It would change the nutritional information, but it would certainly be tasty.
