Jammin' Pork Tenderloin

Making food that's heart-healthy doesn't mean sacrificing taste. The flavors of the citrus and honey in our Honey Lime Tenderloin blend well to deliver the perfect glaze for this tender pork loin that's sure to excite your taste buds.

What You'll Need

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins (2 pounds total), well trimmed

What to Do

  1. In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine all ingredients except tenderloins; mix well. Add tenderloins, seal, and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
  2. Preheat broiler. Place pork on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet; discard marinade. Broil 7 to 9 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  3. Slice tenderloins across the grain, and serve.
