What You'll Need
1 (1-pound) package frozen stew vegetables
1 (2-pound) boneless pork loin roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (14-ounce) can no-salt diced tomatoes
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
What to Do
Place stew vegetables in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.
Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, brown pork on all sides; transfer to slow cooker.
