It doesn't get much easier than this! With just a sprinkling of a few herbs and spices, Blackened Turkey Cutlets go from ho-hum to WOW in a matter of minutes. Now's that's what we like to call 'fast food!'

What You'll Need

  • 2 teaspoons paprika*
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme*
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper*
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the turkey; mix well. Rub the turkey cutlets well with the seasoning mixture.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat.

  3. Add the turkey, and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Serve immediately.
